As the first of the Crain brothers to rejoin the family business, Andrew has been instrumental in QPF’s evolution from a single-office brokerage into a national, multi-division finance group. With over two decades of industry experience and a strategic lens shaped by years in vendor and lender-facing roles, Andrew now leads QPF’s Group Strategy, Acquisitions, and Lender Management portfolios.

At the heart of Andrew’s work is a long-term vision for sustainable growth. He has spearheaded QPF’s expansion through targeted acquisitions—playing a lead role in the successful integration of DLV Finance in Rockhampton, Allied Finance (WA) in Perth, Access Capital in Adelaide, Chevron Finance on the Gold Coast and QPF’s merger with ASX Listed COG Financial Services Limited (ASX: COG).

Andrew’s strategic oversight has also been pivotal in broadening QPF’s service offering. Under his leadership, the Group has expanded beyond equipment finance to include residential and commercial property lending, as well as general insurance ensuring clients benefit from a truly end-to-end finance solution.

Known for his calm, considered approach, Andrew builds trusted relationships with lenders, vendors, and partners alike. His ability to balance big-picture thinking with disciplined execution has been a key driver of QPF’s national growth story and he continues to play a central role in shaping the future of the Group.
