With more than 30 years of experience in the finance industry, Rodney’s journey began at a local bank in Tasmania before a move to regional Victoria sparked his interest in agriculture and commercial finance. In 2012, he joined QPF in Brisbane, bringing with him a passion for helping business owners succeed.

Since then, Rodney has built a loyal client base across industries like transport, asphalt, and premix concrete supporting everyone from first-time operators to long-standing businesses. He’s known for his no-nonsense attitude, deep industry knowledge, and relentless commitment to getting the best outcome for his clients. Whether it’s navigating complex applications or negotiating with lenders, Rodney goes the extra mile to ensure his clients are in the strongest possible position.

Down-to-earth and highly competitive, Rodney treats every deal like it’s his own. It’s this mindset that’s earned him the trust of operators who continue to return year after year knowing he’ll fight hard to deliver the right solution every time.

Outside the office, Rodney is equally dedicated. He’s the Centre Manager at his local Little Athletics Club and a track starter at both state and national athletics events. A lifelong sports lover, he hopes to represent Australia as an official at the Commonwealth Games and the 2032 Brisbane Olympics.
