Stephen Boyce awarded 2021 Bankwest QLD Customer Experience

Huge congratulations to Stephen Boyce who won the Customer Experience Award – Queensland at the Bankwest 2021 Broker of the Year Awards.
Joining QPF as a Mortgage Broker back in 2013, Stephen’s experience comes from his background in Corporate Finance Research, in the United Kingdom, and the eight years spent at ANZ Australia.
This year’s Bankwest Broker Awards were held on the 8th of December 2021, at Blackbird Bar & Grill in Brisbane.
This is such a well-deserved achievement and an excellent demonstration of Stephen’s professionalism, hard work, and dedication to his client’s needs and experiences.

From the first time I spoke with her she put me at ease (I was pretty freaked out about getting a loan) and gave me every single bit of information I needed. She handled all of my many many queries, questions and what if’s professionally and also made me feel safe and looked after.  Anything I didn’t understand she was happy to explain and in great detail and was always available when needed.
