Manuela is and was one of the most supportive and informative brokers I have had the pleasure doing business with.  From the first time I spoke with her she put me at ease (I was pretty freaked out about getting a loan) and gave me every single bit of information I needed. She handled all of my many many queries, questions and what if’s professionally and also made me feel safe and looked after.  Anything I didn’t understand she was happy to explain and in great detail and was always available when needed.  It was an absolute pleasure having her as my broker and I will be recommending any of my friends and family to her in the future.
