Cat joined QPF in 2021 as Group Operations Manager and quickly established herself as a key driver of change across the business. With a background in operational leadership and a passion for empowering people, she led major improvements to broker support systems, training programs, and internal workflows—lifting performance and consistency across the Group.
Her ability to lead with clarity, integrity, and practical know-how saw her promoted to Group Sales Manager and then General Manager – Equipment Finance, where she now oversees QPF’s national equipment finance team. In this role, Cat provides strategic guidance, hands-on support, and a strong sense of structure—ensuring brokers have what they need to grow and succeed. She’s also built strong relationships with a wide network of lenders, helping unlock more flexible and competitive solutions for brokers and their clients.
Known for her honest, down-to-earth approach, Cat blends big-picture thinking with day-to-day action. Whether she’s mentoring a new broker, solving an operational challenge, or driving the sales strategy forward, she brings focus, energy, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
Outside of work, Cat keeps active with regular gym sessions and life with her young son—who ensures there’s never a dull moment.
