With over 40 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, Gary brings a wealth of leadership and strategic insight to his role as Group General Manager at QPF. Since joining the business in 2015, he has been instrumental in driving growth across the Group including assisting in the acquisition of six entities, integrating QPF’s Insurance division, and establishing a high-performing Management Team.
Gary supports the Managing Partners in providing strategic direction across QPF’s national leadership group. His focus is on improving business performance, streamlining internal processes, and enhancing both Client and Broker experiences, ensuring QPF continues to deliver seamless finance and insurance solutions across Australia.
With a background spanning several senior management roles in financial services, Gary’s leadership is grounded in collaboration, clarity, and a commitment to long-term growth. He plays a key role in aligning operations with QPF’s broader strategic vision, helping to position the Group for continued success.
Outside of work, Gary is a dedicated family man and a proud (if sometimes long-suffering) Wallabies supporter. He enjoys staying active and spending time by the beach.

If you're in civil, quarrying or recycling and you're looking at getting gear on the ground, do yourself a favour and give Lewis a call. From the first time I spoke with her she put me at ease (I was pretty freaked out about getting a loan) and gave me every single bit of information I needed.
