With 30 years of experience in the finance industry, Louise O’Rourke brings deep industry knowledge and a calm, client-focused approach to her role as Broker Support Manager. She joined QPF in 2011 after a successful career with Suncorp Metway and quickly became a valued member of the team.
Starting out in a Broker Support role, Louise’s professionalism, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset saw her promoted to Broker Support Manager in 2023. Today, she leads our national team of support staff—ensuring brokers are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and assistance they need to deliver outstanding client service.
Driven by a genuine desire to help others succeed, Louise leads with empathy and clarity. She’s known for her honesty, warmth, and the positive energy she brings to the QPF office every day. Whether mentoring team members or solving complex workflow challenges, Louise always puts people first.
Outside of work, she enjoys slowing things down—often dreaming of the turquoise waters of the Maldives or imagining a peaceful life in a quiet, remote corner of the world. While she once skydived for the thrill, she now finds joy in the simple moments and values time spent recharging away from the hustle.

From the first time I spoke with her she put me at ease (I was pretty freaked out about getting a loan) and gave me every single bit of information I needed.
