We have used QPF for 10+ years for all our vehicle financing and it has always been a smooth process from beginning to end. Lewis, Chris & Co have always been very communicative, helpful and timely in their responses. However, Michelle is next level and we don't say that lightly. We were in the midst of a property purchase that went horribly wrong on the day before finance was due and we were left in a mess. Move out of Michelle's way everyone - she took control, did not over promise, explained everything she was doing and required in detail. She very clearly understood the assignment from the outset and delivered an outstanding result at an even better rate and terms than the financier we were initially dealing with. She was available for advice when needed, offered suggestions when asked and generally guided the whole process along with a steadying hand and a keen eye for the detail and the deadline. It is rare in any industry to recommend someone so highly but we do so in all sincerity. We could not recommend enough and urge anyone considering QPF to take a leap of faith as you will NOT regret it. We never have. And on top of everything they are a happy, friendly bunch of people to deal with.
