Clayton brings over 30 years of experience in finance to QPF, with a career built on strategy, straight talk, and getting results. He has a natural ability to connect with people at every level, from business owners to lenders, and a direct, no-nonsense approach that clients and colleagues alike have come to rely on.

At QPF, Clayton specialises in commercial and equipment finance, with a particular focus on heavy vehicles and machinery, drawing on years spent helping transport and construction businesses fund the trucks and equipment that keep them running. He has a sharp eye for diagnosing exactly what a business needs, and the experience to structure a deal that actually works for it, then see it through from application to settlement.

Known for his energy and his ability to drive hard for the outcomes his clients need, Clayton is equally comfortable coaching a team as he is negotiating a deal. He’s spent much of his career building high-performing teams and helping businesses improve the way they operate, and he brings that same improvement mindset to every client relationship.

Outside of work, Clayton’s weekends are all about his kids and his enormous dog, Milo, a Great Dane who’s very much part of the family.

From the first time I spoke with her she put me at ease (I was pretty freaked out about getting a loan) and gave me every single bit of information I needed. She handled all of my many many queries, questions and what if’s professionally and also made me feel safe and looked after.  Anything I didn’t understand she was happy to explain and in great detail and was always available when needed.  It was an absolute pleasure having her as my broker and I will be recommending any of my friends and family to her in the future.
